VANILLA PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

· ¾ cup rice malt syrup

· ¾ cup almond butter

· 6bs coconut oil

· 1 ½ cups almonds

· 3 scoops vanilla protein powder

· 3 tbs chia seeds

· 3 pitted medjool dates

· ¼ cup shredded coconut

· Plate of extra coconut for rolling

METHOD

· Place all wet ingredients into a food processor followed by dry ingredients

· Buzz for 15-29 seconds

· Scrape mixture off blade and down the sides and buzz for another 15-20 seconds

· Add a few more tbs of coconut oil if needed

· Roll mixture into balls and then into coconut
