1 orange peeled
¼ teaspoon of turmeric
1 inch of ginger peeled
A tiny sprinkle of cracked black pepper
Make sure the lemon, oranges and ginger are all peeled
Chuck all ingredients into a juicer and ENJOY!
Note: If you do not have a juicer and only have a blender, blend all ingredients then strain and squeeze through a nut milk bag which can be purchased from any health food store.
